**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the brand, products, and services
- Manage social media accounts and engage with their online community
- Monitor and report on marketing and communication campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and communication strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing and communication efforts are cutting-edge and effective

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 + Years in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
