**About The Opportunity**
Due to continued growth and success we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager who will be responsible for the Power Tools category at Milwaukee. This role requires collaboration and partnering with various stakeholders in the business, conducting key industry analysis and strategic planning to ensure product roadmaps are built and executed.

**Reporting to the Senior Product Manager your day to day will include**:
- Oversee Product Lifecycle Management including ongoing range maintenance and emerging markets / categories
- Market research and analysis (Product Landscapes)
- Contribute to the implementation of the Project Plan for the category
- Communication of product development timelines with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring in-time and complete product launches.
- Forecasting and Category analysis / reporting
- Act as the product knowledge leader for technical support to the wider team and understand user needs.
- Build sales focused programs with relevant stakeholders to achieve Sales Financial Targets
- Develop a pricing strategy for your respective category
- Create presentations to engage and educate internal stakeholders.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance.
- Conduct range reviews through GAP analysis in line with the business strategy
**About YOU**
**Ideally you will have a proven background in a similar, fast paced Product Manager role and the following skills/attributes**:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to Multitask and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
- Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and a can-do attitude
- A Tertiary degree or diploma in Marketing and/or Marketing Major is highly regarded
