**Your Impact**

Reporting into the Payroll Lead, Asahi Beverages have a permanent Payroll Specialist opportunity to ensure efficient, accurate and timely payroll delivery for all Asahi employees as well as the delivery of timely payments to third party financial institutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile payroll expert to support the business in providing efficient, reliable and flexible payroll and related services to our internal and external customers. **Key responsibilities**
- Perform end to end payroll processing, including timesheets and or time clock data, salary variations, commencements, terminations, redundancies, leave and other relevant information
- Perform complex calculations including executive remuneration, novated lease, salary packaging, pay adjustments, cost centre changes, terminations, and redundancies
- Process payments in accordance with relevant Common Law Contracts, Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Process /check and certify calculations relating to commencements, terminations, adjustments and other off-line payments
- Respond to payroll related queries & reporting as required including employee queries, 3rd party queries/reports, management reports, finance reports, ad hoc reports
- Contribute towards the building of the roadmap for Payroll Optimisation, aligned to the overall Service Optimisation, Automation, and Integration strategy
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve overall user experience and minimize performance impacts during service transition periods or system outages

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll processing
- An accomplished payroll specialist with a passion for excellence and ensuring the efficient use of process, people and technology as enablers of business performance
- Chris 21 experience advantageous yet not essential
