We are a proud Western Australian co-operative and as Australia’s largest co-operative we are a leader in the Australian grain industry. We have grown from humble roots into one of the world’s largest and most efficient grain supply chains, delivering millions of tonnes of quality Western Australian grain into the hands of customers around the world each year.

Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We in-load via our own in-house design screw conveyor pits, bucket elevators, ground conveyors, trippers, and stackers into multiple storage types. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.

**The Role**

CBH Group are offering exciting casual opportunities to join the Country Quality team for the upcoming harvest season.

These casual positions will commence from November but there may be opportunities available earlier.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Report on load and audit sample image analysis outcomes.- Provide support and troubleshooting to sites operating visual analysis equipment for grower receivals.- Assist with grower and transporter education and awareness of visual analysis equipment.- Classify and verify grain sample image data utilising visual analysis software tools.- Collect, analyse, and store physical grain samples for visual analysis requirements.- Respond and deploy spare units to site to keep site throughput active.- Support audit rooms operating visual analysis equipment.- Assist with visual analysis hardware and software to support daily sample shed readiness.

**About you**:
- CBH Sampling certificate or willing to attain- Previous harvest grain sampling experience- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work individually and within a team environment- Ability to handle physical tasks within CBH procedures e.g. physically handling equipment and samples- Minimum ‘C’ class drivers’ licence (essential)

**This role is required to travel to Zones and sites operating the visual analysis equipment during the harvest period. Transportation, accommodation and training is provided.
