Fibreglass Technician

**Brief Description**
- $38 to $40 per hour Aus
- Single quarters onsite to assist you to settle in whilst you locate accommodation in Perth
- 40 hours per week plus regular overtime

**The Position**

We are seeking a Fibreglass Repair Technician who is motivated, hardworking and reliable to work within a valued and experienced team. You will be working on repairs and upgrades of fibreglass to semi-trailers and rigid truck boxes. This role will require you to work with fibreglass during the repair and maintenance cycle of our fleet.

Your role will include however not limited to:

- Removal of damaged components and preparation for new parts
- Grind, sand, trim and clean the identified area to a high standard
- Fitting of new parts and equipment
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time
- High levels of self-motivation with a positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
- Ensure a safe, clean, and tidy work area is always maintained

**Our requirements for the role are**:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Must have a strong eye for detail and be self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Experience in refrigerated semi-trailer manufacturing or repair is highly desirable.
- Experience working with gel coat, resins, fibreglass, and other power tools
- Strong fibreglass experience
- 2 pack painting experience is desirable
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time
- High levels of self-motivation with a positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
