**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This company is an award winning, medium sized Architecture and Interior Design Studio. Their projects are predominately in the high-end Multi-Residential space, particularly with Class 2 developments. Their design is high-end, and focused on high quality and excellent delivery.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

With a very strong pipeline of current work as well as incoming work, a need has arisen for an experienced and autonomous 3D Renderer. You will have free reign in you role, and will have strong progression opportunities working in a high-quality fast-paced environment.

**DUTIES.**
- Produce high quality architectural and marketing renders
- Manage software and network procedures
- Work with Clients, Architects, and Interior Designers
- Train in-house staff to assist with the integration into the studio

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Ability to compose artistic visualisations and renders
- 3DsMax experience is essential
- Ideally, previous experience and strong interest in Architecture
- Continuously updating and maintaining a library of assets
- Ability to understand and manage Architectural and project workflow
