**What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for Sydney’s best Architectural Designers to join our Sydney office, while working very closely with the broader Australian and Asia-Pacific (APAC) teams on some of the world’s largest and most complex community defining projects.

Specifically, we’re looking for people who:

- Have 3+ years’ experience in a true Architectural Designer role working on larger scale type projects.
- Have experience in concept and schematic design of commercial and public buildings.
- Have experience using software like Rhino + Grasshopper, Revit and Adobe Suite and who have a passion for fully extracting the value from these pieces of software for amazing design outcomes.
- Have a strong desire to keep progressing their development in this area and who see themselves upskilling others in the future.
- Have experience working collaboratively in modifying and reviewing design concepts, production and construction documents according to established standards and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and representation skills (rendering, diagrams etc)
- Can develop, prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, and other stakeholders, including internal and external.
- Can efficiently develop and produce 3D project documentation and detailing to standards and project requirements.
- Is committed to achieving sustainable designs and open to working with our ESD studio leads and analysts to test their project’s carbon outputs and performance.
- Nice to have Experience in roof & façade design, complex geometry, structural coordination.

Further to this, the type of people we’re looking for are those with:

- Master’s Degree in Architecture (of course)
- Advanced level skills with 3D modelling software (Rhino + Grasshopper), Revit and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge and/or experience of architecture delivery on large infrastructure projects.
- Creative thinking and innovation in all areas of the architectural design process, including the creation of design concepts, storytelling, being in touch with current trends and products.
- High level skills in written, verbal and non-verbal communication for presentations and discussions with peers and clients.
- Self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, showing initiative and problem solving in a team are essential.
- Collaborative skills in leading, communicating concepts and design details, guiding and delivering outcomes for projects.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the Company.
- Good people skills, people who can get along with others, all while delivering great work.
