**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This mid-sized reputable studio works across a large variety of exciting projects within the residential, mixed-use, commercial and institutional sectors. For years they have operated at a high level and developed a high-quality brand in the market. It is now time to take their brand to the next level and expand. This close-knit team of 40 are experienced and capable, now searching for someone to assist with the evolution of their architecture design and delivery of projects. They are known for their incredible work culture and high retention of staff through excellent mentorship, career development, varied projects and internal social events.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and design, and a passion for architecture. Your role will be split into Architectural design and technical documentation using Revit with a clear pathway to progress within this expanding studio.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Concept design and design development on mid to larger scale projects
- Resolve complex design issues through the various stages
- Assist with 3D visuals and client presentations
- Document using Revit at DA/CC stages
- Coordinate with various Consultants

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Revit proficiency essential with preferred exposure to Enscape, Grasshopper, Rhino or Lumion
- Ability to create 3D visuals and render
- A preference to follow projects from design to completion
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes
- Document at DA and post DA stages
