As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and senior leaders across the business to provide financial insights to shape strategy and drive performance while ensuring a foundation of financial integrity.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop financial analysis and modelling to support business cases and influence decision making- Prepare monthly Financial Reporting including variance analysis, commentary, reporting against KPI’s and non-financial metrics- Support the business through provision of tools that help drive both revenue generation and cost efficiency improvement.- Review of quarterly forecasts and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure forecasts are appropriate.- Providing Business Unit Heads with regular reporting to support sales, marketing & expense budgets.- Work closely with Accounting and Actuarial to articulate technical financial concepts to provide actionable insights to Business Unit Heads and Executives.- Support the Head of Finance in the review of month end financial results for the relevant segment to ensure timely and accurate month end financial results.

With previous experience in a similar role, as well as a strong commercial understanding and technical finance excellence, other skills and experience that will set you up for success include:
- Proven ability to build financial models and undertake detailed financial analysis- Ability to build strategic working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including executive level, with experience business partnering preferably- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesis financial analysis into actionable insights- Tertiary qualifications in relevant degree and/or working towards a relevant professional finance qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)- Experience in FinanceOne or Adaptive Insights is a bonus
