**Job Description**:
First impressions are everything As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, liaising with guests and ensuring an exceptional level of luxury experience for our guests at all times

What you will be doing:

- Engage with our guests on check in, check out and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
- Handle guest concerns efficiently to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Assist in providing recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds to our guests
- Interact with different departments on a daily basis to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
- Open Manual Driver’s license
- Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
