About the Team
The Integrated Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides complex secondary and tertiary level health care. CYMHS offers specialised mental health services for families with children and young people (birth to 18 years) who experience severe and complex mental health problems, and where their needs cannot be met by other services.
About the Role
Research & analyse complex project/policy issues; communicate findings & options to management.
Provide expertise for community/ambulatory CYMHS infrastructure & Digital Transformation.
Recommend system enhancements for Activity Based Funding (ABF) data collection & revenue optimisation.
Advise on non-admitted performance data validity; act as central resource for CYMHS non-admitted data; liaise with DOH reporting team.
Prepare ad-hoc business intelligence on ambulatory performance & trends.
Lead/participate in mental health digital transformation & ambulatory care projects (scoping, change management, BI).
Proactively analyse CYMHS ambulatory activity & develop solutions aligning with CHQ CYMHS strategy.
Develop BI solutions to track CYMHS ambulatory performance; partner with teams to resolve issues.
Lead evaluation of ambulatory CYMHS process efficiency; map current/future state & implement projects.
Advise stakeholders/management on CYMHS ambulatory performance & mental health digital transformation.
Develop & maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships; facilitate communication.
Represent CHQ CYMHS in State-wide meetings on community CYMHS ABF & mental health digital transformation.
