Grays in Jandakot is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Industrial Operator, Storeperson & Yard Hand** to join our motivated, friendly, and customer-focused team in a **permanent full-time** role. You’ll play a key role in receiving, handling, locating, and cataloguing assets, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities as an Industrial Operator**:

- Receive, process, and store deliveries safely and accurately.
- Book in assets via iPad or manual entry, ensuring clear descriptions and quality photographs.
- Maintain precise records and support inventory and quality control processes.
- Label, store, and transfer stock in line with established procedures.
- Conduct stock counts and inventory checks as needed.
- Operate manual handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Actively contribute to a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.
- Note: This role involves some heavy lifting._

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A current forklift licence with hands-on experience (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to assist with various ad hoc tasks.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with keen attention to detail.
- Confidence using iPads, cameras, basic stock systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a commercial warehouse or yard is highly regarded.
