Grays is looking for a highly motivated administration super star to join our team. This role is working as part of our Millard Machinery team and is responsible for a broad range of administrative and financial duties across the day-to-day operations of the business. In this full-time permanent role you have the option to work from our offices or work from home to suit your lifestyle.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Working with the Millard Machinery sales & management team and ensuring all day-to-day operations are smooth and stable
- Daily management of business management software and systems in conjunction with sales and management team members, incorporating input/adjustment of relevant data into systems (excel, CRM, Oracle)
- Regular liaison with Grays Finance Team to provide information updates to assist the broader group.
- Accounts Receivable assistance - Liaising with Accounts Receivable team in Head Office regarding sales invoices to be created. Ensuring all customer invoices are approved & issued for payment in a timely manner.
- Accounts Payable assistance - Liaising with Accounts Payable team in Head Office regarding supplier invoices to be paid. Ensuring all invoices are approved & submitted in a timely manner.
- Regular contact with Millard Machinery Managing Director and providing assistance whenever required to ensure seamless operations of the business.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for required information as and when the need arises
- Assisting Grays Industrial Division with Project Management duties and requirements
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.

- Experience in customer service.
- An aptitude for understanding systems and processes.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, proactive, team-focused attitude.
