**About the Role**

The following are some of the key responsibility areas for the position:

- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring and managing professional development.
- Fostering a continuous improvement mindset, maintaining a safe workplace and safe environment for all involved as well as sustaining a healthy team culture.
- Assisting with and overseeing the design, procurement, delivery and handover of infrastructure projects as well as preparing, managing and administering contracts.
- Thorough planning for the team’s projects to a ‘shovel ready’ state.
- Providing excellent technical engineering and construction knowledge.
- Assisting the team with stakeholder identification, an ability to build strong and respectful relationships with key stakeholders and having a strong political awareness.
