**Job Summary**
Step into a pivotal leadership role with one of Victoria’s fastest-growing councils. As Coordinator Growth Area and Subdivision, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering connected, sustainable development across Baw Baw’s booming growth areas, including Warragul, Drouin, and beyond.
Your work will be central to transforming greenfield land into vibrant, future-ready neighbourhoods. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and state agencies, balancing innovation with compliance, and community outcomes with growth pressures.

**About the Role**
This role ensures compliance with planning and subdivision legislation, drives the implementation of Precinct Structure Plans and Development Contribution Plans, and works closely with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, well-planned communities.
You will provide expert advice, champion process improvements, and support the Shire’s strategic growth objectives. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire development process, from planning permit inception through to Statement of Compliance, under one coordinated leadership.
