We’re now looking for a friendly and detail-oriented **Client Intake Officer** to be the welcoming first point of contact for new participants and help them smoothly begin their journey with us.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Client Intake Officer at Care to Heal, you will:
- Conduct initial intake interviews to gather participant information and assess service eligibility
- Clearly explain our services and help participants understand the NDIS onboarding process
- Prepare and manage intake documentation, including service agreements, consent forms, and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS and privacy requirements
- Collaborate with support coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide timely follow-ups and clear communication to participants and families
- Support general administrative tasks related to client intake and file management
**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:
- Has experience in a client-facing, intake, or administrative role (NDIS or community services preferred)
- Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Understands (or is willing to learn about) the NDIS and participant onboarding process
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Handles confidential information with care and professionalism
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using databases, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Is aligned with Care to Heal’s values of respect, empathy, and empowerment
**Requirements**:
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Intake: 3 years (preferred)
- NDIS : 3 years (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
