Opportunity to Grow and Develop in the Sustainability space working on major projects in a Tier 1 Organisation

**Your new company**
Our client is a Tier 1 Engineering consultancy who connect and collaborate with a global network of experts - planners, designers, engineers, scientists, consultants, program and construction managers - leading the change toward a more sustainable and equitable future. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to engage a Sustainability Consultant at an Associate or Principal Director Level.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be will helping deliver on our ScopeXTM promise to reduce our clients carbon emissions by at least 50% as part of our Sustainable Legacies ESG strategy. In addition this role will comprise of projects requiring a background with possibly linear infrastructure or vertical buildings projects. You will be able to demonstrate how you have led projects through strong leadership whilst mentoring and developing other staff. Most importantly you will bring a desire and passion to influence the Environmental, Social and Governance outcomes on large projects that will have a material impact on the future of our society

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will have the following:

- Experience in Sustainability role from a consulting side
- Experience in a Sustainability or ESG role
- Degree in either Science, Engineering, Architecture would be preferred
- Knowledge of WELL ratings, Green Star, NABERS and other environmental rating and assessment tools/system
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, including the preparation of technical design documentation, tender materials and client presentations
- A passion and drive for a sustainable future, continuing professional development and fostering industry change - you are known by your peers as a “carbon crusade” - someone who cares about the outcomes.
