**Core Responsibilities**

Responsible for achieving sales budgets and promotional targets

Learn and follow company's computer processing and company procedures and promote the company culture and business ethics at all times

Undertake whatever required to have in-depth product knowledge and marketing strategies in detail

Promote, sell and secure orders from existing customers and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach

Show products and services to existing/prospective customers and assist them in selecting the products/service that would best suit their needs

Ensure that all customer complaints and enquiries are handled promptly and documented according to policies and procedures

**Detailed Function**

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in assigned territory and generate new business

Make phone calls to existing and prospective customers

Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotes for existing and prospective customers

Create and manage individual customers plans to maximise opportunities for their business

Identify advantages and strengths of the company's product and service when compared to competitors

Supply management with oral and written reports outlining market feedback such as customer needs, competitor’s activities, potential new products, product problem, and system problems

May participate in trade shows

Keep industry related knowledge current by researching related topics analysing market feedback and looking for product trends
