**Description**:
About the role
The main role of our customer service team is to ensure customer and consumer enquiries are dealt with promptly whilst at all times upholding the highest standards of customer service and problem solving. You will build and foster relationships both internally and externally and maintain communication. The role will consist of 3 days per week in customer service and 1 day per week covering reception.
Attend to inbound calls efficiently with a sense of purpose with customer and consumer satisfaction in mind.
Work with and assist as a team support to the company Field Representatives.
Take customer orders & upsell where possible
Track orders and deliveries
Investigating of and follow through of consumer enquiries from websales. Providing refund information to Finance where applicable.
Forwarding of all orders to Field Force as and when required.
Learning and keeping up to date with all internal computer systems and requirements.
Ensure compliance of all company procedures and policies
This is an in-office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's northern beaches.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Relevant customer service experience
Results focused background, experience in working in a Performance measured environment.
Strong confident phone manner.
A love of people and the passion and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must possess initiative and be well organised.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong and proactive problem solving skills.
Ability to collect, analyse and organise information, with attention to detail.
