As Weleda's Marketing Coordinator, you'll boost brand visibility and engage customers by executing and optimising marketing strategies. We're seeking a beauty enthusiast with trend awareness, top-notch organisation, and a creative mindset. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns - from new products to promotions
- Handle the behind-the-scenes magic for POS and branded goodies - briefs, artwork, the whole process
- Own the sampling program and inventory
- Coordinate trade marketing advertising calendar
- Be the go-to for events - connecting our inner circle and external suppliers
- Craft post-campaign analysis reports - let's learn and grow
- Support the sales crew
- Ace admin tasks - from Purchase Orders to meeting minutes and presentations
- Help out with social media and PR as required
- Assist with website updates as required

**Skills and experience required**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Effectiveness in a cross-functional and collaborative team environments
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, especially Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Canva knowledge a bonus

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
