**Your new company**
Located in the Adelaide CBD, this family owned and operated Organisation has built its reputation as one of the most dynamic property organisations. This organisation is multi-faceted with involvement across multiple types of property across South Australia and Victoria.

**Your new role**
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the marketing and business development of the serviced apartments division of this organisation. With a sound understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry in South Australia you will use your knowledge to undergo effective business development. You will create relationships that will assist with identifying leads to drive sales.

Your marketing experience will include updating and monitoring advertising channels such as social media and website management where you will collaborate with team members to monitor and analyse key trends. You understand the importance of target markets and key demographics to develop and execute strategies resulting in booking growth and enhanced brand awareness.

Working closely alongside the Hotels Manager your experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, preferably in the hotel or serviced apartments sector, will ensure you understand the importance of pricing structures around peak seasons.

Some interstate travel may be required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A background in hospitality and tourism, preferably in the hotel and/or serviced apartments sector
- Experience building strong relationships resulting in leads and increase in sales
- Proven ability developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in social media and website content management
- Ability to build client databases with new and repeat clients
- Experience working closely with other management to achieve independent and business targets
- Demonstrated ability to analyse reports, track sales and perm cost benefit analyses
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
