Our client is a leading educational facility located in Ringwood East.

**The Role**

The HR Assistant will report to and work directly alongside the HR Manager, supporting a specialist project investigating and auditing Industrial Relations frameworks.

The duties include the following.
- Forensic analysis and review of all casual employees, including issuing letters to meet compliance requirements for casual conversion to permanent roles.
- Review of key areas and provide solutions for change within key department areas. This specifically involves contracted employees with fixed terms of a maximum of two years.
- Preparation and planning for future requirements as per current awards and agreements.
- Regular contact with Fair work and other governing bodies in relation to ruling on Australian Awards and Agreements
