**About the role**:
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a great opportunity to increase your HR experience and join a friendly team in a fast paced environment. Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects and broaden your understanding of the construction industry. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the following;
- Preparation of new employment related documents including letters of offer, position descriptions and corporate templates
- Assist with new employee onboarding and setup
- Maintain central personnel files on our HRIS
- Ensure all tickets, qualifications or other employment related minimum conditions for each position are uploaded within the HRIS
- Conduct right to work checks for new starters and ensure visa status is monitored regularly
- Manage mobilisation functions for both staff and wages personnel to project locations
- Understand the terms of the Enterprise Agreement
- Assist with employee performance, development and training requirements as directed

**About you**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Relevant HR Qualification
- Demonstrated competency in managing various HR functions
- Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable legislation including the Fair Work Act, Equal Opportunity, State and Federal Awards, Enterprise Agreements
