Join us as Marketing Communications Specialist for the Electrification Business area, where you will be instrumental in bringing the marketing communications strategy to life. Managing integrated (predominantly digital) campaigns, you will drive awareness among key audience groups, ultimately generating leads and creating tangible, measurable value to the business. Although you report to the Marketing Communications Manager, you are confident working independently and proactively suggest new ideas and fresh approaches. You have a great passion and enthusiasm for marketing, in particular the possibilities of digital marketing. You are naturally curious and open-minded, willing to change course when things don’t go to plan. This position can be based in any one of these locations - Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposing and implementing communication plans
- Generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications
- Developing creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines
- Organizing events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business
- Managing relationship with assigned trade media, customers, and public associations
- Writing and editing promotional materials for use in various media
- Managing the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches
- Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation
- Continuously measuring success of marketing communications activities against defined KPIs, contributing to a team culture of testing and optimizing.

**Your background**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Communications role, ideally in a B2B technology environment. Must have experience working with Marketing Automation, ideally with Pardot and/or Salesforce. Experience working in a large matrixed organization is a plus.
