Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at KayalFoods Pty Ltd. In this role, you will support the marketing department in implementing various marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

2. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, signage, and promotional items.

3. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and community events.

4. Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and preparing reports on key metrics.

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and successful execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field is preferred but not required.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.

6. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.

7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

8. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
