Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Specialist in Document Custody, located in Moorebank, NSW. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and safeguarding important documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks will include document verification, data entry, filing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless document management processes.
Qualifications
- Document management, verification, and filing skills
- Data entry and record-keeping abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
