Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at KayalFoods Pty Ltd. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote KayalFoods' products and services across various channels.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that align with business objectives.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

6. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and projects.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communication.

8. Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and other promotional materials.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food and hospitality industry.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.

5. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
