**About the Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Retail Operations Officer to support CleanCo’s end-to-end retail operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, credit control, and back-office service delivery for our retail customers. This role will work closely with the Retail Operations Advisor and the Customer Operations Manager, contributing to process improvement and system implementation.

This is permanent full time or part time (4-day week or 9 day part time fortnight) opportunity based in our Brisbane office with a mix of working in the office and at home.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Billing & General Support**- Assist in managing CleanCo’s billing processes, customer onboarding, and back-office activities.
- **Credit Control & Debt Management**- Monitor overdue payments, liaise with customers, and support debt management processes.
- **Environmental Certificate Management**- Maintain data, allocate certificates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in billing/accounts processing, customer service and back-office operations e.g. Accounts Payable, Settlements, Accounts Receivable or Financial Administration roles with high volume processing.
- An understanding of the National Electricity Market (NEM) will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and an ability to develop and follow business processes.
- A proactive team player who can adapt quickly and support multiple tasks.
- You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
