The role Reporting to the Executive Director, Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) is an exciting opportunity to manage the strategic and operational activities of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, including the provision of timely advice and accurate information to the Chief Operating Officer on complex and sensitive health service delivery issues. You will mentor, grow, and manage your high-performance team and collaborate with partners to define innovative solutions that contribute to delivering health priorities. You will be a point of contact for stakeholders engaging with the OCOO on matters related to change management and projects. Additionally you will monitor and report on the progress of goals and objectives outlines in strategic and operational business plans.
The successful personYou will have highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with stakeholders across all different levels of the health sector You will have demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing politically sensitive and complex reports, submissions briefing notes and other highly confidential documentation related to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, you will have robust analytical and problem solving skills to deliver strategic advice to stakeholders and executive management.
