**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Valuation Relationship Manager to take a leading role in the valuation panel management function. You will be responsible for solutions advised on valuations managed through our valuation platforms. This includes recommendations to client lenders on valuer panel changes, valuation supplier performance management and reviewing performance metrics, helping to create optimal processes that support the timely and effective delivery of valuations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and maintaining relationships with lender clients, panel valuation firms and industry stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate regular reporting and engagements with lender clients and valuation firms on valuation performance, SLA’s and improvements.
- Responsible for the management of onboarding new valuer and valuer firms, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, off-boarding of valuer and valuer firms as required, training and contributing to the development of panel valuers.
- Managing communications to relevant panel valuers.
- Provide technical expertise to improve the valuation ordering system and process.
- Be a key escalation point for valuation panel matters, supporting efficient and prompt resolutions to valuation queries with internal staff, lender clients and valuation panel firms.
- Continual engagement in relevant valuation and industry professional bodies to strengthen and enhance Valocity’s position in the industry.
- Proactive improvement and optimisation of our systems and processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills including direct interactions and performance management with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lending industry policies and vendor management processes.
- Knowledge of valuation processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned tasks.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
