About the role:
The wider valuations team coordinates the valuation of all properties owned and managed by Dexus. The team provides management, forecasting, advisory and benchmarking services across all levels of property and group reporting.

How you will make an impact:
Reporting into the Head of Valuations, the Valuations Manager will assist in the management of the valuation process of all assets under management and provide knowledge to assist in the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments and major leasing transactions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the implementation of the portfolios external valuation programme involving the instruction of consultant valuers and reviewing their calculations and reports- Assist in the implementation of the internal valuation programme- Present valuation results to key stakeholders- Maintain property forecast models for a portfolio of assets- Assist the Head of Valuations with projects and process improvement as required

About you:
Ideally, you will have a prior knowledge or exposure to Office, Industrial and Retail Property markets, having worked in property valuations of institutional grade Real Estate for 5+ years. You will join a supportive team, showing your demonstrated ability to liaise in a professional manner with external/internal client base and the general public coupled with your ability to use initiative, work without supervision and prioritise tasks.
