We are on the hunt for a dedicated research or data analyst in the field of property economics, economics or statistics who is looking for a new challenge in our exciting and dynamic industry.

With your attention to detail, creativity, passion for statistics and astute analytical skills you will always be keeping an eye the latest news, data releases to ensure our Research team continue to deliver a range of reports, presentations and commentary on the latest market insights and changes across each of the six major Australian cities, and our exciting pipeline of residential projects from many of the industry’s best developers right across the country.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with prior career experience in a similar role who wants to grow in a new industry. Alternatively, you may have recently completed your studies and are looking for a dynamic role and long term career platform to be part of. With your passion for data and a keen eye on all the latest market movements, your research will make a meaningful impact to our clients in helping them create long term wealth and achieve their dreams for later in life.

To be considered you must have:

- Degree qualifications in Property, Economics, Commerce, Business, Arts, Finance, Research or a related field
- Prior experience preparing research reports and analysis across a range of market issues to a non-technical audience
- Can easily compile, analyse and articulate complex statistics and data into easy to understand visuals, written pieces and engaging content independently
- Solid critical thinking, sharp eye for detail and a forward thinker who can adapt, be flexible and deliver high quality results in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Is passionate about property and can show their enthusiasm for our industry
- Advance PC skills including Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other external data sources
