**Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and rent collection.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve operational goals.

**Senior Property Manager Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a portfolio of residential or commercial properties, ensuring efficient operations and maximum tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize rental income and property value.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and lease renewals.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.

**Requirements for Assistant and Senior Property Managers**:

- Valid registration/license in real estate or property management.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property management.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant local and national property laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software (PropertyTree, PropertyMe, Cirrus8 etc) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
