As the Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission by owning the customer onboarding journey. You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients to implement a seamless onboarding experience.
A proactive, hands-on approach will be required to drive the process and get things done efficiently. Building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of the customer's needs are essential for success. To excel in this role, you must be personable, charming, and persuasive. You should be able to nudge clients when necessary and take charge of the process with a go-getter attitude.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and fast-growing Payments business, collaborating with the Sales and Support Teams to gain a thorough understanding of pipelines and business objectives. You will play a crucial role in helping them deliver exceptional experiences to their merchants and partners.
