**Your new role**

As an Implementation Consultant you'll be responsible for:

- Support new customers in attaining successful and efficient SDK and API integrations.
- Design and deliver technically oriented workshops to satisfy customer goals.
- Support Customer Onboarding Managers by providing strategic solutions to complex use cases and translating these into actionable steps for customers
- Coordinate with third parties and customer engineering teams to achieve desired results.
- Effectively conduct online and in-person enablement training sessions and workshops
- Investigate and resolve technical problems that clients have reported during the implementation process

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Qualifications in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- You have coding experience with at least one programming language and should have no problems reading snippets of code (either in JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C,Swift or Liquid).
- Comfortable working with APIs and webhooks
- Minimum of 5 year's exp. working with data OR marketing automation tools
