**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pinnacle Drinks team as Supply Chain, S&OP Manager (Wine Service and Planning). This is a Fixed Term Contract position.
In this role you will mentor and lead a team across Supply Chain & Logistics and have responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain processes. Lead the day-to-day activities, S&OP’s, inventory and logistics as well as improving efficiencies around cost, KPI’s and SLAs. For this role you will require demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams and be a collaborative partner.

- Lead S&OP process overseeing the demand and supply team and drive forecast accuracy.
- Drive & maintain service levels including freight, metrics, inventory accuracy and achieving DIFOT
- Work with the business functions to ensure supply chain visibility
- Hands on support with the team where needed and managing the escalation processes
- Ongoing coaching and development of the Supply Chain Team
- Maintain relationships with 3PL, suppliers and work on continuous improvement
- Lead local strategies, initiatives and improvements across the supply chain.
- Create tangible value through excellence in business partner coaching.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, articulate and be hungry for success. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- A desire to be the best you can be, really make a difference, and have a great time doing it.
- Experience in demand and supply planning, ideally in fast moving consumer goods and/or retail.
- Proven understanding of key production planning concepts and competencies.
- Good commercial decision making acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills, project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
