**About the Company**
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of critical power solutions, supplying a wide range of three/single phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS), transfer systems and rectifiers. Operating for nearly a century and with a footprint that extends across five continents across the globe, they are a true market leader, experiencing exciting growth in the Australian market.

**Position & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Technician will be responsible for:

- Preventative maintenance on the company’s complete range of critical power products
- Fault finding on the entire range of equipment
- Phone and on-site support of UPS and associated equipment
- Commissioning of new equipment on site
- Provision of service and commissioning reports to clients
- Onsite repairs including after-hours callouts as required by the team roster
- Liaising with customers with an ability to sell yourself and to promote service work in a professional manner
- Promote CIM Contracts, battery replacements and other services to customers

**Requirements**:

- Current NSW Electrical License with a minimum of two-years qualified field experience
- Demonstrated experience working in the UPS industry will be advantageous, but not essential
- Previous exposure to PLC's, Drives or Instrumentation will also be look at favourably
- Highly developed written & verbal communication skills
- Competence working on critical sites such as data centres, critical infrastructure (hospitals, tunnels), and banks is essential to the role
- Travel and work outside of normal business hours will be required due to the nature of our equipment, running in critical environments
- Ongoing job training will be provided along with regular formal factory training,

**The Offer**
The successful applicant will receive a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus Superannuation, Overtime (approximately $30,000 per annum), a Fully Maintained Service Vehicle and an annual Bonus. You will also have the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading and progressive global organisation.
