We are proud to be partnering with an established and highly regard mobile crane manufacturer. With a global network of sales, service, and parts operations, they supply equipment into all major industries including construction, mining, infrastructure, industrial and marine.

Their head office based in Western Sydney offers a range of equipment & services including:

- Sale of new all terrain & rough terrain cranes
- Technician support & servicing via a team of highly qualified technicians & mechanics
- Genuine parts and support

**Position**

Due to continual national growth, the Sydney office has now made a new Service Technician position available. It will join a large team providing both workshop and field based support to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

- Predelivery of new cranes from 20T - 600T
- Workshop + field based scheduled maintenance
- Attend breakdowns and provide emergency support
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults
- Customer support, crane inspection and repair
- High level fault finding and diagnostics

**Benefits**

- Hourly rate of $45 - $50 + super + vehicle + overtime

Ideal experience is as listed below:

- **Field service or workshop experience with mobile cranes, material handling, access equipment, EWPs, trucks, earthmoving or any other relatable equipment**:

- Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills
- High level of autonomy and ability to work unsupervised
- Experience with maintenance, emergency breakdowns and fault-finding
- Great with customers
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
