The Technical Lead role at Reece is a chance to combine technical leadership with people and delivery management. This role is within the awesome Digital team at Reece and if successful you'll spend your time:

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong desire to deliver the best possible experiences to our customers and staff
- Ability to architect robust, performant systems
- Common sense approach to problem solving
- Strong experience with the Java/Kotlin development languages (backend).
- Familiarity with JavaScript/HTML/CSS (frontend), inc. ReactA quality mindset and familiarity with CI/CD tooling
