**About the Role**:
We are looking for a junior Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team in helping to manage our extensive portfolio of strata buildings. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow up proactivity will be crucial when liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Accounts Team Leader to provide seamless and efficient service to our clients.

**Your Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- High-Volume Accounts Payable and Receivable activities
- Daily receipting
- Processing creditor payments
- Levies issuing
- Responding to internal enquiries from our support and strata teams
- General administrative duties
- Responding to internal and external enquiries
- Basic accounting knowledge with a minimum 1 years’ experience in AP
- Fast and accurate data entry skills in a high-volume environment
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness and ability to learn
- An ability to work independently but with a team mindset
- Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities
- Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office

You will be trained in using Stratamax - experience in this software would be highly regarded but is not essential.
