Your role is to assist the marketing, brand and events team in all of their creative and digital platform requirements. You will collaborate with the marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns and will help develop, expand and maintain marketing channels.

As part of this role you will continue leading and training the junior member experience team as well as any support team member who is required to our systems.. Your role will also continue to involve upholding Motor Culture’s high standard of member satisfaction, transparency and communication by supporting the Member experience team should we go through peak busy periods or absence. Your role might also require attending events on weekends and supporting the member experience team should we expect a high volume of enquiries on weekends.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Plan & develop the marketing strategies with Head of Marketing to achieve different company objectives
- Manage all MCA Social media.
- Assist with Motor Culture Australia's Social Media Accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Assistant and Digital Marketing Coordinator to understand and plan posting schedule - organise social media calendar
- Identify and leverage emerging and non-mainstream social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Rednote etc) to expand brand reach and engage with niche audiences effectively. Develop tailored content strategies for these platforms to maximize engagement and growth
- Collaborate with all marketing team members and other departments to achieve results.
- Collaborate with the content team & events team to understand department requirements and understand the alignment to Marketing department
- Deliver content & copies that will assistant other departments in achieving their growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Review competitor landscape - Research and evaluate competitor marketing material and digital content
- Manage draw content & ad copies & ensure they are completed to a very high standard
- Manage Search Engine Optimisation & keywords
- Keyword search
- Blog Posting with branded keywords
- Image & content alt text description
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is essential.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working in a high pressure environment.
- Experience in coaching & leading another team member.
- Fluent in English & Chinese to expand into different social media platforms.

**Success Criteria**:

- Achieve Monthly KPI’s as per the outlined responsibilities and targets.
