Our client is a professional services firm based in South Yarra who pride themselves on their client relationships and strong market knowledge. They work with a range of clients, ensuring there is a values alignment and common goal.

**The Role**

Due to growth, our client is currently seeking a Team Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their team and support with general administration. This is a broad role that will see you support with creating and editing documents and presentations, liaising with clients and coordinating meetings for three Partners. There is a lot of scope for growth with this role, which could see you take on administrative projects and take on more senior responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities:

- Working with a Lead in the business to support with document creation and editing
- Completing research projects as directed
- Send documents for signature to clients
- Answer calls and greet any clients coming into the business
- Liaise with clients and provide general support
- Coordinating and booking meetings for three partners
- Maintaining office cleanliness and office stock/stationary
- Coordinate internal staff events
- General administration including photocopying, filing, managing incoming/outgoing mail

**About You**

You will demonstrate strong experience within administration, coupled with a positive approach and willingness to to help their team. You will have strong systems skills, including MS Office and Outlook, coupled with the ability to hit the ground running. You will present professionally when liaising with clients and be confident in your abilities.
