Salary - $57,000
Roster is Sunday to Thursday.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the store operates efficiently to achieve optimal results in all areas
- Support the Store Manager and Management Team in all areas of the business
- Induct, train and mentor team members to work towards individual and store-level goals
- Assist with store presentation, merchandising and inventory management
- Build and maintain strong trade customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies and meet KPI's
**Skills and Experience Requirements**:
- Store Management experience highly valued
- Covid vaccination required and police check
- Outstanding selling skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of urgency or drive
- Hard working and results focused
