You will work closely with the Retail Centre Manager to drive success, including finance and insurance (F&I) targets, while motivating and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional, flexible customer journey. As a **Customer Experience Manager**, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Lead and mentor the Customer Experience Team, ensuring performance expectations are met. - Provide comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer interactions, ensuring a "Customer First" experience. - Support the sales process, including contracts, finance, insurance products, and handling customer enquiries. - Resolve escalations, complaints, and manage customer details in Salesforce and DMS. - Assist with onboarding and training new team members, contributing to a positive workplace culture. **Why join us?** Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
