An exciting opportunity to join a start up tech company in Melbourne CBD

**Your new company**
A start up tech company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and create a HR foundation in the organisation. This is an ongoing, permanent position with the office located in Melbourne CBD. You will be responsible for performance management, coaching colleagues and organisational development.

**Your new role**
As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for all things operational and strategic HR within the organisation. You will implement polices and practices as well as assist in the end to end onboarding process.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this vacancy, you will have experience with
- A start up company
- A software company
- Strong HR Ops management role
- Fluent in Mandarin
