Your Role

As our new Project Administrator, you'll be the operational backbone of our project teams. 

  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors
  • Support project managers with procurement, compliance and workflow tracking
  • Invoice data entry and management

You Bring

  • Experience in high level administration or construction support roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Tech-savviness with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, etc.)
  • A passion for teamwork and making a difference
