About the Role
Join a well-established real estate brand with a strong presence across Melbourne We're seeking a detail-oriented Receptionists/Administrators with prior real estate experience to support our client's fast-growing team. This role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, combining front-of-house duties with administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk management: Greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Administrative support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Key coordination: Oversee key sign-in/sign-out processes for trades and agents.
- Virtual assistance: Support digital workflows, including property uploads and online inquiries.
- Logistics: Order office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid Police Check
- 1+ years of real estate reception and administration experience
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and customer service expertise
