Risk Strategy

Our Risk Strategy & Technology team is dedicated to helping clients achieve commercial outcomes by viewing risk management as a lever for enhanced innovation, reputation, and sustainable growth. Our areas of expertise include Risk Strategy - understanding risk capacity to inform strategic direction and decision-making, Governance - looking at Risk Operating Models and Risk Culture & Conduct - aligning risk culture and behavioural policies.

**Your Opportunity**

As part of our growth we are looking for an experienced **Manager**, focusing on supporting our **Third-Party Risk** management practice cross industry. You will support and drive our strategy by:

- Working with clients to increase their third-party risk capabilities (people, process, technology) including conducting workshops to understand the client's business and its key risks in which you will then assist in the development of the clients third-party risk management program and models to support execution.
- Providing technical knowledge, direction and training to consultants within the Risk Strategy & Technology division.
- Using experience of impending third-party risk frameworks, facilitating third-party risk and control assessments, designing and testing controls, risk frameworks, building Management Information and reporting.
- Providing risk advice relating to supplier sourcing, contracts, controls and performance
- Assisting with the implementation of regulator change initiatives for Financial Services and other relevant non-Financial Services requirements
- Development of thought leadership as it relates to third-party risk for both the customer and vendors

- An understanding of third-party risk from both the client and vendor perspective
- Relevant qualifications with a strong consulting, risk management or regulatory background. With business experience gained in Professional Services, Banking or Financial Services Industry
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present your ideas with impact to clients and other key stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for applicants that have relevant tertiary qualifications ideally having or working towards a CA/CPA/CIA equivalent post-tertiary qualification is advantageous.
