We are seeking for a New Built Sales Manager to join our team. This is a customer facing role responsible for winning business for Synchronous Condenser. You will actively search for commercial opportunities within the region and maintain opportunity pipelines with dedicated accounts.
- Following up on dedicated leads, develop/update sales opportunities, within dedicated sales region.
- Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Leading commercial and technical negotiation with the clients.
- Coordinating internal works on the elaboration of offers and technical solutions to the customers from both commercial and technical aspects.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 15 years of related experience in Sales.
- Have experience in commercial and technical negotiation with the customers.
- Have experience in sales in power generation industry.
- Have experience in grid transmission market and synchronous condenser solutions and technologies.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
