**The Opportunity**
If you are a good communicator, with a high attention to detail and ability to learn, we want you As an Inside Sales Representative with Affinity Windows, you will support our sales and estimating team in Jandakot with the preparation and processing of quotes for residential works and responding to customer enquiries.

Using your personable and professional approach to liaise with clients to review construction drawings and develop accurate and timely quotations for residential and commercial works.

**About the Role**
- Analysing construction drawings, preparing thorough take offs and creating quotations/costings based on company standard specifications;
- Providing counter sales service, hardware sales, basic product advice and showroom assistance to walk in customers;
- Responding to customer enquiries for estimates and quotes, and resolving issues and discrepancies;
- Providing administrative support for sales orders, tenders, bids and other Sales related documents;
- Maintaining Sales statistics and records of sales performance.

**About you**
- Previous experience in an estimating role working within residential housing industry;
- Previous windows experience (highly regarded);
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings (desirable);
- Previous experience working with LogiKal or V6 (desirable);
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Excel (required);
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and communicate and build strong relationships;
- Excellent time management and a keen eye for detail.
